In a twist that we probably should have seen coming, Andrej Pejic walked as Jean Paul Gaultier’s couture bride today. And while we’ve discussed how pretty the male model is, now we can confirm he has a bangin’ bod, too. We’re not quite sure if Pejic’s body naturally looks like this or if it’s the work of a girdle of sorts, but he has hips! And a waist! He also appears to lack any sort of body hair.
Pejic donned a semi-sheer off-the-shoulder ivory gown with long leather gloves, part of a collection that drew heavily on English punk ‘tude and French can-can sass. A professional can-can dancer even walked (well, kicked) down the runway in a dress that had legs printed on the inside of the skirt. The whole show felt lively (the colors! the textures!) and decadent (one model walked with a lit cigarette in hand) and oh-so-couture appropriate
