"Both Dina and Lindsay love the fashion industry and are excited to do this together," a close family friend toldThe mother-daughter fashionistas have plans to sell both clothing and jewelry, we're told, while the rehabbed starlet splits her time between both coasts.
"Right now, Lindsay loves being in Venice in her new home and enjoys the walk into town," said the source.
