The annual amfAR gala kicked off New York Fashion Week last night with all the top designers and celebrities coming out to watch performances by Elton John, Karen Elson and more. Blake Lively - who will probably be in a lot of front rows this weeek – showed up sporting a strapless Alexander McQueen dress.
